Managing Billing
Follow these steps to effectively manage your Helios billing and payments.
1. Track Your Usage
Navigate to the Billing > Usage tab to view detailed, real-time breakdowns of your GPU usage and associated costs.
2. Manage Payments
Access the Billing > Invoices section to download past invoices and update your payment methods.
3. Set Budget Alerts
Configure budget alerts to receive notifications when your spending approaches or exceeds predefined thresholds.
- Set up budget alerts before running production-scale jobs.
- Always download invoices for your records after payment confirmation.
- Regularly review your usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
If your payment fails, check these three things first:
- Is your card information correct and up-to-date?
- Has your card expired?
- Does your card have sufficient funds? If you still have issues, please contact your bank or our support team.
